EZRentalPoint only provides car rentals with chauffeurs. This means the Rental Company and the Driver are responsible for the car's security.

We guarantee that the cars we provide to our customers will always be clean inside and out.

● No refund if you cancel 2 hours before pickup.
● 100% refund if you cancel within 4 hours of booking.
● 30% refund if you cancel within 22 hours of pickup.
● 10% refund if you cancel before 24 hours of pickup.
● For multi-day bookings, the same rules apply for the first day, and you get a 100% refund for the other days.

● Fuel Responsibility: Customers must return the car with the same fuel level as provided. The difference plus PKR 500 Service Charges will be charged if fuel is not the same.
● Intercity Rides: Customers are responsible for the chauffeur's food and accommodation, or they can pay a PKR 1500 allowance per day.
● E-Challan: Chauffeurs pay for E-challans, but if the customer requests speeding, the customer covers the E-challan cost.
● Rental Duration: Chauffeur-driven rentals are for 12 hours, starting as booked and ending at 12:00 AM.
● Inclusions: Rental includes a chauffeur-driven car but not fuel, parking, etc. charges.
● Chauffeur Rest: Chauffeurs need breaks for lunch, dinner, and at least eight consecutive hours during a 24-hour duty for safety.
● Complaints: Customers can complain about the service but should not reprimand the chauffeur or force them to go against company policies.
● Geographical Limit: Cars are for use on the Pakistan mainland only, excluding FATA and Northern Areas.
● Additional Costs: Toll taxes, parking fees, etc., are paid by the renting party.
● Intercity Drop-off: Customers are charged for the return fuel in case of intercity drop-off.
